What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Where is your business located?
Our Distribution Center is located at 129 Sub Base, St. Thomas, VI, at the St. Thomas Cargo Building, formerly known as Deliver It. We also have a distribution center on St. Croix, at CaribTrans, located at the Henry Rohlsen Airport Cargo Building.
What is the minimum that a customer must order to receive Free Delivery?
Orders over $75 receive free delivery. If an order is received for less than $75, you will be notified of the delivery charge. You will then be able to decide if you would like to increase your order to get the free delivery, or keep your order as is. Remember that you have an incentive to place orders for $100 or more so that you can get American Advantage miles.
How long does it take to get the merchandise that I order?
We have a substantial inventory of products that can normally be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. We also have over 40,000 different products available at twelve distribution centers throughout the United States. If the item that you need is not in stock, we can get it for you quickly.
What types of products are available from Universal Business Supplies?
We offer a complete line of printers, computers, information technology solutions, printer cartridges, office supplies, office furniture, panel systems, ID printers, software, and other supplies for virtually all of the equipment in your office. Just about everything that you use in your office is available from Universal Business Supplies, or one of our affiliates. You may also request one of our catalogs that show the thousands of different items that we have available to satisfy your needs.
How can I earn American Airlines AAdvantage® miles?
There are two ways that you can qualify to receive American Airlines Advantage Miles.*
- Purchase over $100.00 worth of supplies at one time. At your request, you will earn 1 mile for each dollar spent with Universal Business Supplies. AAdvantage miles are provided to customers at their request.
- Refer a new customer to us, whose total first time purchase is $100.00 or more, and you will earn an additional 200 AAdvantage miles at your request.
*Certain restrictions apply to the American Airlines AAdvantage program.
- Ink jet supplies, and a limited amount of other supplies, are not included in the American Airlines AAdvantage incentive program.
- AAdvantage miles are accumulated only when invoices are paid within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- For orders over $5000, a maximum of 5000 AAdvantage miles can be accumulated per order. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by UBS Management.
- Certain restrictions apply for Government orders. Please call us for details.
**UBS Management reserves the right to change requirements for how AAdvantage points are earned.
** American Airlines reserves the right to change AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time without notice, and to end the AAdvantage program with six months notice. Any such changes may affect your ability to use the awards or mileage credits that you have accumulated.
